Each year the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) holds a design contest for the cover of their Flavor & Ingredients Industry Report. My submission was selected for the 2020 edition.
Based on an interview with a representative from NAFFS, I determined that natural ingredients with known health benefits were something valued not just by the organization’s leadership, but also by their members.
